Balance Diet is preferred as the right amount of nutrition value intake in the human body not for filling the stomach but getting nutrients to the body required by it . Some common nutrient required by the body are :- salts,mineral,vitamins,
protein,fats and carbohydrates etc...
Why we need balanced diet ?
As we see that in this modern generation their are lots of junk or unhealthy food present in the market and teen are getting more and more interested in these after knowing that these are harmful for their body .
